as the operator of the website www.tga-contentbase.com, is responsible within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) in conjunction with the new Federal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as BDSG-neu) for the collection, processing, and use of your personal data on the above-mentioned website.

2.2 When registering for our newsletter
If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a) GDPR, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter regularly. To receive our newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an e-mail address.
You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your unsubscribe request to service@heizungsjournal.de by e-mail at any time.

4. Cookies

5. Analysis tools
5.1 Tracking Tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the ongoing optimization of our website.
On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

5.1.1 Google Analytics
For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. 6. Social Media Plugins
We use social plugins (hereinafter also referred to as plugins) from the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and the video platform YouTube on our website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR in order to make our publishing company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by the respective provider. The integration of these plugins by us takes place using the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.
6.1 Facebook
Social plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. For this we use the LIKE or SHARE button. This is an offer from Facebook.
When you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the website by it.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

6.2 Youtube
Some of our pages contain embedded content from the video platform YouTube, YouTube LLC., 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, (hereinafter YouTube). YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
When you only access a page from our website with embedded videos from our YouTube channel, only your IP address is transmitted to Google.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the right:
- in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on their details;
- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
- in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
- in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller;
- in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future and
- in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or our headquarters.
8. Right to object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. 9. Data security
When you visit our website, we use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead.
