Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is:

• For book orders: 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
• For subscriptions: 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Note on the right of withdrawal for digital content (e.g., e-books):

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to execute the contract after:

• you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• You have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once execution has begun.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Returning physical goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
